Dr.
Woody joined Torrey Pines Orthopaedic medical Group in 1978. He has
held many leadership roles not only in our practice, but also in the
community. He was Chief of Surgery at Scripps Encinitas, Chief of
Trauma at Scripps Encinitas, Managing General Partner at Scripps
Memorial North County Sports Rehabilitation Center and Chairman of
the Orthopaedic Department at Scripps Memorial Hospital. Dr. Woody
no longer performs surgery but works closely with his partner when
surgery for his patients becomes a necessity. When not in the
office, we can usually find Dr. Woody on the golf course.
